Tiki Cocktails

Angry Cat punch

Glassware: Punch Bowl

 Ice: Cubes in punch bowl

Per person scale as needed

Ingredients:

50ml Cat tiki god

100ml apple juice

100ml Ginger ale

(an apple if you desire)

🛠️ Method:

  1. Add All 3 Ingridents to a punch bowl (or indivdual glass)
  2. add ice cubes
  3. with slice of apple

The Cat’s Painkiller (with Villains rum honey)

Glassware: Green Tiki mug

Ice: Crushed
Style: Creamy, spicy, and boldly tropical — with a villainous kick

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Villains rum honey
  • 60ml Pineapple Juice
  • 30ml Orange Juice
  • 25ml Coconut Cream (e.g. Coco Lopez or similar — shake/stir well before using)
  • 10ml Lime Juice (if you want extra tart balance)

Garnish:

  • Fresh orange slice (half-moon or wheel)
  • Sprinkle of ground cinnamon or grated nutmeg
  • Tiki umbrella, swizzle stick, or mint sprig for theatre

🛠️ Method:

  1. Add rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut cream (and lime, if using) to a shaker.
  2. Shake hard with ice until smooth and frothy (10–12 seconds).
  3. Strain or open-pour into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and a light dusting of nutmeg or cinnamon.
  5. Add umbrella or stick — this drink looks harmless… until it hits.

The Cat’s Elixir (Tiki Blue Cooler)

Glassware: VIllains Rum Glass
Ice: Crushed or cubed
Mood: Enchanted, vibrant, and dangerously smooth

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Villains rum chilli spiced
  • 25ml Blue Curaçao
  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Honey Syrup (2:1 honey to hot water)
  • (Optional) 1 tsp Fresh Ginger (muddled or infused)
  • 2 dashes Bitters
  • Top with Ginger Ale (60–80ml)

Garnish:

  • Dehydrated lemon wheel
  • Edible flower or fresh mint
  • Optional: lime shell float or mini umbrella with Vinnie’s name on it

🛠️ Method:

  1. Muddle ginger (if using) in shaker.
  2. Add rum, lemon, honey syrup, and bitters.
  3. Shake with ice, strain into a tiki mug with crushed ice.
  4. Top with ginger ale. Then Dramatically layer the curaçao

Garnish and present dramatically:
“Beware… this one purrs before it pounces.”

Vinnie’s Mai Tai (villains rum cherry & smoky dark)

Glassware: Black tiki mug
Ice: Crushed ice

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Villains rum Cherry
  • 20ml Villains rum Smoky (or other dark rum float)
  • 15ml Orange Curaçao
  • 20ml Fresh Lime Juice (approx. half a lime)
  • 20ml Orgeat Syrup (increased for sweeter, richer texture)
  • (Optional) 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Garnish:

  • Mint Sprig
  • 1 lime shell (used half-lime hull turned upside-down)

🛠️ Method:

  1. Add villains rum Cherry, Orange Curaçao, Lime Juice, Orgeat, and optional bitters to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake briskly (8–10 seconds).
  3. Fill glass with crushed ice and strain cocktail in.
  4. Gently float the villains rum Smoky on top.
  5. Garnish

Silent Squeeze (villains rum Pink Grapefruit)


🍸 Ingredients:

  • 50ml Villains rum Pink Grapefruit
  • 15ml St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)
  • 15ml Triple Sec (orange liqueur)
  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup (1:1 ratio)
  • 2 dashes Bitters

🛠️ Method:

  1. Chill your glass (coupe or rocks) ahead of time.
  2. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds.
  4. strain into the chilled glass (serve over cubed ice if preferred).
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit twist, edible flower, or sprig of thyme.
  6. Serve with a wink — it’s harmless… until it isn’t.
