Located in the very centre of historic York, this tour and tasting take place just a stone’s throw from the city’s most famous landmarks. Uncover the dark and mysterious world of York’s most infamous villains as you sample a range of our signature rums. Learn the twisted stories behind each character, and enjoy a guided tasting experience of the rums that they inspired.

Includes:

🕯️ Guided tour: Discover the York villains that inspired our rums.

🕯️ Rum Samples: Sample a selection of our finest 6 villainous spirits. 

🕯️Villain’s Oath: Take the Oath and receive your Contract of Villainy to prove your allegiance to the York Villains Society

🕯️ This is a 30 – 40 minute experience, Over 18s Only, we operate a challenge 25 policy so you may be asked for ID before we start please ensure you have this with you. You are welcome to bring your child however due to space restrictions, please no more than 1 child per adult. Please arrive 5 minutes before the tour starts. This will be hosted within the Villains Rum of York store.

🕯️ Drink Preferences: If you wish to participate in this event but do not like rum, please inform us upon arrival, and we can swap it for alcohol-free drinks or gins at no extra cost.

🕯️ Refund – We understand plans can change, we will refund bookings 24 hours before the booking time and day or money can be exchanged to use instore.
